At the heart of Bikong is the culinary passion of Vic and Gwen, a dynamic husband-and-wife team from the Philippines. With deep roots in Filipino culture, they have always embraced the joy of food and how it brings people together. Inspired by their homeland’s rich and diverse flavors, they embarked on a journey to share the warmth of Filipino cuisine with the world.
Known for their famous Crispy Pata, Filipino-style Pork Barbecue, and Chicken Inasal, Bikong has proudly earned the Best Food Award at the recent 2024 London International Food and Drink Festival and at the 2024 London Rib Fest, recognizing their commitment to delivering mouthwatering dishes that keep customers coming back for more.
